The Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal allows consumers to withdraw from any online purchase within fourteen business days and receive a full refund of the purchase price without penalty, as provided for in Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99, which obviously also includes online purchases. The only non-refundable costs are shipping costs, which remain excluded from the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except for the cases of exclusion set forth below. To exercise this right, the Customer, within 14 days of receiving the Products, must:
- Send a registered letter (with acknowledgement of receipt) to: SaporiPrimi srls a Socio Unico – Via Molino Torretta, 4 20098 San Giuliano Milanese MI - Italy.
- Please send advance notification by email to info@saporiprimi.it.
The operator who receives the email will arrange an appointment to collect the package, which MUST contain all the items listed above.
saporiprimi.it, after verifying the integrity of all product components and accompanying items, will proceed with the refund of the amount paid with the EXCEPTION of shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of the above checks.
The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased Product.
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned product is not intact, or:
- Missing original packaging. 2. Missing product components. 3. Damage to the product due to reasons other than transportation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food which, by its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
- order of products by a non-consumer customer and/or who requests an invoice;
- ordering products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- ordering products that are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration;
- orders of sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded listed above, you are specifically informed and accept that products that "risk deterioration or rapid expiration" include all food products (including wines, spirits, and beverages) and cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration, including as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased on the website that can be returned to saporiprimi.it or SaporiPrimi srls a Socio Unico and remarketed without posing a risk to consumer health (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).

saporiprimi.it intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing Products purchased through the Site.
Customers who are not fully satisfied must keep all delivery documentation and the Product itself in its original packaging and contact apuliagusto.com by sending an email to info@saporiprimi.it
Defects of conformity
In case of defects of conformity of Products sold by saporiprimi.it the Customer must immediately contact the e-mail address info@saporiprimi.it
The legal guarantees set forth in Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he or she fails to report the lack of conformity to saporiprimi.it within two months of discovering the defect.
